You can pay online in advance (iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or in the taxi itself by card or cash. Drivers are not required to give change for cash payments above €50.
Yes, all our rates include 9% VAT. View the full pricing overview.
For Standard Taxi rides, a minimum fare of €22.50 applies. For Luxury Taxi and Group Transport, the regular distance/time formula always applies, even if that would work out lower.
For Standard Taxi, a night rate per kilometer applies between 10 PM and 6 AM. This is not shown as a separate surcharge on the bill, but is already included in the ride price you see in advance.
Rides within the Utrecht region can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup. For airport rides or rides with a long approach time, a minimum notice period of 6 hours applies.
